Aigerim Duiseneyeva is a Co-Founder of Triptrotting. Triptrotting connects people with similar interests from different corners of the world, who otherwise would have never met each other. Through face-to-face interaction, people learn to understand each other beyond cultural differences and boundaries. It currently has members from over 100 countries and 500 different cities.

Aigerim Duiseneyeva was born and raised in Kazakhstan. She moved to the United States in 2003 to pursue a higher education. Aigerim graduated cum laude from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration and an emphasis on Finance, Global Management and International Relations. While in college, Aigerim traveled to over 10 countries and participated in several International Case Competition programs. She represented the 2007 class at Marshall School of Business Commencement Ceremony as a Commencement Speaker. After graduation, Aigerim joined UBS Investment Bank’s Global Consumer Products and Retail Group in New York, where she was ranked in the first year one of the top analysts of her class. After spending two years in a cube Aigerim realized that corporate world was not for her. She wanted to make an impact on the world and actually enjoy her job, so she joined the Teach For America corps movement in Los Angeles to give back to the community that gave so much to her when she just came to America. Influenced by her international background and travels, Aigerim also decided to pursue her dream of starting a travel company that bridges intercultural differences.
