Anneke Jong

Former strategy consultant by day and social entrepreneur by night, Anneke Jong is currently a student at the Stanford Graduate School of Business where she studies social technology, design, happiness, and innovation. Anneke is one of the founders of the national 501(c)(3) non-profit, Philanthro – host of CONNECT2011 – and she currently serves on its board of directors. She writes and speaks on topics related to the future of philanthropy, she was a main stage speaker at the TED Conference in India in 2009, and she is a two-time Summit Series attendee. Additionally, she delights audiences as a performance storyteller and has performed at The Moth, TEDx, the National Storytelling Conference, and on the NPR show “Snap Judgment.” Anneke joined earlier this year as its Director of Digital Media.
